ALS is a global leader in rail transit, power equipment and power transmission infrastructure, known for its innovative and environmentally friendly technologies. ALS entered China 50 years ago and has been a reliable partner of China for total solution of rail transit and power generation and transmission, with several local factories and subsidiaries.
Because of the large consumption of the large scale structure in production, ALS had been purchasing large scale structure from several Chinese suppliers, which resulted in difficulties in coordinated management and high frequency of quality issues. It was then that they found a reliable partner, ChinaSourcing, to help solve their problem.
First, from a management perspective, we advised ALS to replace existing suppliers with a single one whose production capacity is large enough to meet ALS ‘s need. So we did a lot of work on supplier investigation and selection, and chose FEIDA Co., Ltd. as the new large scale structure supplier.
