I. Overview
Plate shearing machine is mainly used for shearing steel sheet of various thickness, is a kind of machining equipment that can break and separate all kinds of plates according to the demand. At the same time, it can also process all kinds of shielding materials, adhesive materials, insulating materials, conductive materials, battery manufacturing medium electronic materials. Flat shear, rolling shear and vibration shear are the three types of shearing machine we commonly use. Among them, the flat shear machine is the most widely used type. Shearing thickness less than 10mm for mechanical transmission, more than 10mm for hydraulic transmission. Single or continuous shearing of metal is usually done by foot or button operation.
Ⅱ. Process introduction
The control system in this project is composed of programmable controller (PLC), servo driver (SD), servo motor (SM) and other main equipment. It can independently set the length/quantity of steel plate and the feeding speed of processed materials. After installing adjustable roller, the feeding mechanism and the pressure part on both sides can be autonomously raised and lowered, and the material can be quickly discharged. After matching the thimble feeding mechanism, can effectively prevent the material scratch, mainly suitable for high speed full/half cut strip. High precision, less loss, machine design in line with the principle of human engineering, simple operation.
Ⅲ. equipment composition
Shearing machine equipment can be composed of PLC, man-machine interface, servo system and transmission mechanism, PLC with man-machine interface, can directly input the length and quantity of steel plate, and is equipped with manual, automatic conversion function, and has an independent operating system, as well as special operating software. Servo system receives pulse instruction from PLC system to complete accurate position control.
The spindle and round cutter use servo system, can do high and low speed adjustment and positive and negative switching control. Adopt imported ball guide rail, parallel to promote the cutting width, with imported precision ball screw and guide rail, control the cutting width and 0.1mm, to achieve high precision cutting and high quality cutting.
