It can be seen that the revised Catalogue makes the classification of government procurement items more scientific and reasonable, and better matches the procurement practice. The revision is carried out under the background of building a unified large market across the country, which is of great significance for further completing the basic work of the unified market of government procurement and perfecting the unified commodity elements of the market.

Admittedly, the classification of government procurement items is only the basic work of building a unified market for government procurement.
